Owner and Founder

Born in Venezuela and moved to the USA in 1989 to study Computer Science and start a family. They have worked in Information Technology for over 30 years for large corporations. In 2011, Jessie founded Trees for Tierra, LLC, and then Pazific Ranch in 2012, a place that has hosted many immigrant families as they begin their careers and lives in the USA. Now, Pazific Ranch offers opportunities for growth in ecotourism, hospitality, professional services, and education.

Owner and Founder

originally from Maracaibo, born as a Venezuelan citizen and later naturalized as a U.S. citizen, arrived in this country in the year 2000 in search of a better future for his family. He is a petroleum engineer with a master's degree, graduating from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1991, and possessing over 30 years of experience in the industry. He currently works as a production engineer in a major oil company in Houston.

In addition to his profession, he is a cattle farmer by tradition, and he is also the owner and founder of Pazific Ranch in Wallis, Texas, established in 2012. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf with his colleagues.

Cattle Manager

Lino José Atencio Fernández, is from Venezuela, he grew up in the same hometown as the Paz and Rincon families. He is a professional cattle man. Graduated from Animal Production and has more than 30 years of experience in his field. 

Sales Manager 

I was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. I graduated in Business Administration. I have always been connected to education, first in Physical Education and then in Religious Education. I have been living in Katy for 7 years and working at Katy ISD for 5 years, where I am assigned to Bonnie Holland School, providing classroom support.

My hobbies include dancing, cooking, gathering with family, and learning new things. Since 2016, I have been a part of Pazific Ranch as a family member and guest. Since 2022, I became a part of the First Camp, serving as the leader of the camp guides. Currently, I hold the position of Sales Manager.

Hospitality Manager 

Maria Minerva Gutiérrez Rincón. Venezuelan. Mother of a wonderful daughter and a woman in constant learning and growth. I arrived in this marvelous country 5 years ago, which has provided me with wonderful opportunities. I became certified as an Event Planner 2 years ago. I have been a part of the Pazific Ranch family for 3 years, and currently, I hold the position of Hospitality Manager, aiming to make your stay a comfortable experience in the company of our beautiful nature.

Operations Manager and Founder

Venezuelan, married to Angela Morales, father of four beautiful daughters. I arrived in this country 13 years ago and have been working for Pazific Ranch since its beginings, which is 10 years and 10 months ago, in the role of Operations Manager.

Logictics and Maintenance

Venezuelan, and father of two beautiful girls, and a husband to an excellent woman, for whom I dedicate each day. I am currently a part of the Pazific Ranch team, where I work in the logistics and maintenance department.

User Experience Lead

Hailing from Valencia, Venezuela, I'm a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a double major in Immersive Technologies and User Experience Design. I've recently embarked on an exciting journey with the Pazific Ranch team. Outside of work, I have a passion for riding bikes, staying active through workouts, and cherishing quality time with my family and friends.
